Beast is RESTING.
BEAST will be closed from Monday December 24th thru Sunday December 30th. We will re-open for a special New Year’s Eve menu (with a few spots open at the 5 pm seating). And re-open for regular service beginning Wednesday Jan. 2nd.

We will be checking voice mail regularly for New Year’s requests, and the voice mail will change when we are full.
The New Year’s menu is as follows:
Foie Gras bon-bon, quince jelly
Lobster bisque, seared scallop, caviar
House charcuterie plate: quail egg toast with beef tartare, smooth chicken liver mousse, blood sausage and grilled apples, our pickles and crackers
Rack of local lamb, wild mushroom sauce
pommes anna
Frisee salad, crispy duck confit and riesling poached egg
Steve’s cheese, black pepper and fleur de sel shortbread
profiteroles with salted caramel ice cream, dark chocolate sauce, praline whipped cream
